Did You Leave Room For Chocolate Pudding?

If you have a sweet tooth and also want to make some healthy choices, these two concepts don’t have to be mutually exclusive. Want to know how that’s possible? Stay tuned.

Nothing better than chocolate

Do you just love chocolate? How about a creamy chocolate pudding? If you ate the prepackaged puddings of our collective childhoods that are full of artificial flavorings, sweeteners and preservatives…try this instead. It will taste better and is chock full of powerful nutrients, no added sugar and nothing artificial.

I use my high speed blender daily. It is one of my favorite appliances and ranks right up there with my slow cooker.

You can enjoy this sweet treat without feeling guilty. In fact, you can even feel a little self righteous in your choice. You’re welcome.

Karen, yum yum! I will pass on the cinnamon the first time I try this recipe, but the rest of the ingredients sound great together. A friend once served me a hard-to-identify dessert that was very pale green, garnished with a sliced-splayed strawberry. It turned out to be half banana-half avocado “pudding”– fantastic!

Avocado makes everything in life better…and creamier, in my estimation Kebba. Enjoy it!

Now I have another recipe for my over ripe bananas! This looks delicious!

The riper the better Martha. I freeze mine when they get really ripe so I can use them later. I have a bagful in my freezer.
