Healthy Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 4 Tbsp raw cacao
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy nut milk

Equipment

  • high speed blender

Method
 

  1. Put all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until thick and creamy
  2. If the consistency is too think, add more nut milk a tablespoon at a time and blend between each addition
  3. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours
  4. Serve topped with raw cacao nibs, toasted nuts or berries or some combination of all of them
