3 Month Group Coaching

Here are a few questions to ask yourself:

  • When was the last time you really felt well and healthy?
  • When was the last time you felt well-rested and full of energy?
  • Are your clothes a little tighter than you’d like them to be?
  • Are you constantly plagued with cravings for sugary or salty foods?
  • Is your life stressful and unbalanced?
  • Does your diet consist of mostly processed and fast food?
  • Do you feel like you need a nap in the middle of the afternoon?

Utilizing my 5-pillars program, we meet weekly to discuss the following areas that affect your lifestyle choices:

Mindset - if your head is not in the right place, no plan will work long term. We work on the mindset needed to achieve long-term success.

Nutrition - while food is not the most important component of a successful program, it is very important to choose foods that will serve you nutritionally without triggering cravings or leaving you hungry. We find a manageable way to eat that doesn't require many hours in the kitchen preparing meals.

Lifestyle - some of the biggest obstacles to lasting weight loss and sustainable vibrant health are in the way we live our lives. We identify and work out what stands in the way to success.

Emotional Health - do not underestimate the impact of weight on your emotional health. Whether it's the weight you are currently carrying on your frame or the weight you lose, there is an impact. We'll work on that together.

Self-Care - if we are parents, children of aging parents, employed, or whatever our status, chances are we aren't really good at taking care of ourselves. That's why we're in the situation we're in. Together, we find ways to practice self-care that don't take up a lot of precious time in an already busy life.

Ready to jump in? You can join anytime for 12 weeks. At the end of 12 weeks, you can either renew your membership or take what you've learned and go on your way.

Additional Information

Group Coaching  - This is a group program. We will be meeting small groups and everyone will be sharing their questions together.

Rolling Start - Start whenever is best for you. This is a rolling start program, so when you are ready, you can join us!

Virtual Coaching - All coaching is done via Zoom (you can call in on the phone if you like, but showing up on camera is always preferred).

Or, if you want to spread out the payments, you can get started now with a single payment of $200 and then only 2 more payments every 30 days.
