Who’s Ready For A Challenge?

Spring is here! But you already knew that. The days are getting longer. You already knew that too.

Did you put on a few pounds over the winter? Even if you’re lucky enough to have maintained or even lost weight (if that was your goal), did your exercise suffer in the cold, dark, dreary winter? Or was that just me.

True confessions

I may have put on a few winter pounds which I will neither confirm nor deny. I may have slipped up on my exercise…again, I will neither confirm nor deny.

It’s not that my food choices are unhealthy. Maybe the portions could be cut down a bit. And maybe I could eat a little less often. And it’s not like I’m not active. But the activity probably didn’t burn the calories I was consuming, especially since my being “active” consists of walking from room to room in my house. Since I don’t live in Buckingham Palace that isn’t a lot of walking.

I don’t like the cold so I didn’t do my usual daily walk for a few months. And I was faithful right up until it got cold. I could have replaced my walks with indoor exercise, but I always found an excuse not to.

But the madness has stopped! And now I’m inviting you to stop it as well.

Join me!

I’m inviting you to join me for the month of April for my Spring into April Challenge. For 30 days, we will work together to lose that winter coat…not the parka you’ve been wearing to stay warm. I’m talking about the extra padding you acquired over the past few months. We’ll develop healthy eating habits to take us through the spring and the rest of the year. We’ll get back on the exercise wagon, however that looks for you. You’ll get some support from me, your friendly neighborhood nutrition and health coach.  And the best part…it’s all FREE!

Click this link to connect with me for details. You have nothing to lose except that extra weight and some unhealthy habits. Truly there are no strings attached. I just want company on this journey.

As a health coach, I work with women who are facing serious health challenges like heart disease, metabolic syndrome and diabetes, or who have been diagnosed as having a precursor to a serious health issue such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol or high blood sugar. I help them make food and lifestyle changes so they can get healthy, live longer and enjoy a fuller, happier, more energetic life. If you would like to have a free consultation about the health challenges you have and the improvements you would like to see in your health, click here to schedule a no strings attached call.

I lost some water weight! It’s time I started losing some real weight. Looking forward to April. My goal for April is 10lbs. Yeah. I’ll go slow and easy, but I’m determined.
