Yesterday was my husband’s birthday. He though we should have pizza to mark the occasion but I wanted something more for him. I also wanted to keep to my pledge to always find an easy way to prepare the food. The kids came for dinner along with their significant others so I needed a crowd pleaser. I found it in this recipe. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
I purposely didn’t give measurements for the sauce because it really depends on how many shrimp you use how big.
The hardest part of this recipe was cleaning the shrimp. After that it was easy peasy.

Hi Karen,
That sounds like a much healthier choice than Pizza. I hope your hubby enjoyed it more than he would have enjoyed Pizza. Personally, I would have preferred the pizza as a treat because if it is from the sea, it is not for me.
Blog on!
He was actually pleasantly surprised that he got shrimp instead of pizza. You should try it Doug…you may change your mind about the sea creatures.
Looks so easy and delish! Thanks for another great idea, Karen!
Victoria…it was way simpler than writing up the recipe was. The hardest part was cleaning the dang shrimp. But it was worth it when everyone ate like it was their last meal.
