Who Doesn’t Love a Prize?

Today our Ultimate Blog Challenge host invited us to come up with a contest to engage our readers. As I sit here considering the idea I thought it would be fun to see if I could give that a try.

As I’ve said before, I’m a holistic health and nutrition coach. I work with women who are dealing with serious health issues or are at risk of developing them. My clients regain their vitality and energy, sleep better, lose weight and generally feel and look better in their own skin. I incorporate a healthy, safe, vegan product line in my practice to further support my clients.
