Stepping Into the Challenge Once Again

So I’m back at it again. I’ve accepted another challenge to write 30 blog posts in 30 days and I’m already late for day one.

I decided to take this challenge on again to force myself to develop some discipline around what I really want to do…help people live their best and healthiest lives. So as the month progresses, I will post on topics I hope most will find helpful.

Some of the topics I’ll attempt to shed light on will be:

  • stress and its detrimental effects on our health and well-being
  • the importance of staying hydrated
  • sleep and how it effects us
  • connection to other people
  • heart disease in women
  • breast cancer treatment…the gift that keeps on giving
  • exercise as a deterrent to so many health issues
  • detox…what does it mean and how should it be done

These are just a few of the topics I’ll discuss as time goes on. My plan is to stay with the theme of health throughout the month. We are moving into spring, a season of renewal, as we come out of our winter hibernation.

If you are anything like me, you want to increase your energy and feel a sense of renewal yourself. Maybe you put on a few winter pounds, didn’t really exercise much because you were hunkered down and generally feel like you want to wash away the winter blues. We can do it together.

I hope you stay with me this month and maybe I’ll help you with a little information you might not have considered. Stay tuned.

By the way, the picture, not me, but maybe someday.

It's a great picture, Karen. Very motivating! I shall stay tuned to pick up some hints. I do not always find spring invigorating.
