Stay Out Of Your Way

Do you know that the only thing that gets in your way is you? We all have limiting beliefs. I’m not smart enough, don’t know enough, don’t have the right credentials, aren’t pretty enough, are too young/old, too fat/thin, and many other beliefs I haven’t even identified.

We often stay in dead end jobs that are mind numbing and dream killing because we fear lack. We think the only way we can pay our bills is to go to that same job day after day to earn a paycheck. I was one of those people who stayed in a job for a very long time when what I really wanted to do was start my own business.

I also had those same beliefs that I mentioned above but they don’t serve me so I’m writing a different narrative for my life. My reason to be here is to serve others through my coaching and leadership. I’m fully qualified to do what I’m called to do and I can make plenty of money coaching and spreading my message. I have more than enough knowledge and experience to help women regain their health. My own experience and success in managing my own health adds to my credentials.

What holds you back?

I started my business while I was still working in my first career but didn’t give it the effort it needs until I retired. Now I’m all in and catching up.

Take back your power

Write down your limiting beliefs and change each one to a statement that will serve you. Read the new beliefs out loud to yourself over and over and let them really sink in. Your subconscious hears what you say to yourself and absorbs it. It doesn’t know truth from lie so why not give it some good feedback instead of tearing yourself down? You will start to believe the good stuff and will begin acting in a way that will make you achieve what you want. Try it…you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

My Story

Since June 2019, I decided to hold myself accountable for walking my talk. Several years ago, I was able to take off 135 pounds and essentially save my own life. I regained some of that weight in the last couple of years and I’m working my way back down. I’ve lost over 40 pounds since I began in June and have exercised nearly every day since August.

If you choose to join me on this journey, I hope I am able to impart some nutritional and lifestyle wisdom. Even though I may have gone off the rails temporarily I can still share some of my first hand experience as well as my acquired knowledge and training to help you make the right changes to live your best life.
