Carrot-Ginger Soup

Another one of my favorite soups, this carrot-ginger soup is super healthy and has a nice flavorful kick. The ginger intensifies the flavor of the soup while providing a lot of beneficial health benefits such as having anti-inflammatory effects, it may drastically lower blood sugars and improve heart disease risk factors, and more. If you’re not a fan of spicy food, halve the amount of crushed red pepper or leave it out completely. No lime, no worries! Carrot and Ginger Soup also taste delicious with a squeeze of fresh lemon or orange juice!
