Tahini Garlic Dressing

This is great on my falafel recipes, as a salad dressing or as a dipping sauce for veggies

Equipment

  • high speed blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • juice of one lemon use less if you don't like the tartness
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar I use Bragg's unfiltered
  • 2 tsp gluten free tamari soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients thoroughly, preferably in a high speed blender
