Can you believe we are almost twenty years from Y2K? The computers were all going to come to a screeching halt because the calendar only rolled to 1/31/1999; planes were going to fall out of the sky and life as we knew it was in jeopardy. Well, none of that happened and a lot of consultants in the Y2K remediation business became very wealthy. And so here we are, about to wind up 2019 and the end of the second decade of the oughts (00s).
Do you ever look back on the resolutions or pledges or whatever you made at the beginning of the year to see if you actually followed through on them? I keep a list of my annual 'to do' list in the back of my journal and will peruse it from time to time to see where I am on the list.
