We're In The Last Quarter of 2019...How Will You End The Decade?

Can you believe we are almost twenty years from Y2K? The computers were all going to come to a screeching halt because the calendar only rolled to 1/31/1999; planes were going to fall out of the sky and life as we knew it was in jeopardy. Well, none of that happened and a lot of consultants in the Y2K remediation business became very wealthy. And so here we are, about to wind up 2019 and the end of the second decade of the oughts (00s).

Do you ever look back on the resolutions or pledges or whatever you made at the beginning of the year to see if you actually followed through on them? I keep a list of my annual 'to do' list in the back of my journal and will peruse it from time to time to see where I am on the list. I have completed or almost completed many of the items on my list. Here is a status check of some of them:

There are others that are in various states of completion or not started at all but you get the picture. I am currently in a 90 Days to Goal Challenge in a group I belong to so we can all end the year strong and go into 2020 with some serious momentum. So this got me thinking about today's topic. What are you doing to end the year strong? What changes do you want to make to start 2020 off on the right foot and keep the momentum going? Do you want to get healthy? lose weight? feel better? sleep better? change your lifestyle?

We still have 85 days until the end of 2019. If you begin right now, imagine how far along you could be by the end of the year. Don't wait until New Year's Day to take action. You can be three months ahead of everyone else if you start now. You don't have to make big changes. Make small incremental changes to your lifestyle. Take baby steps.

Don't know where to start? I can help with that. If you begin your health journey right now, you can go into the holiday season with a brighter outlook, more energy, less stress, in a smaller size, sleeping better and just in a better place mentally and physically. Who wouldn't want that? Just schedule a free consultation with me to see if I can help you reach your health goals. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

As a health coach, I work with women who are facing serious health challenges like heart disease, metabolic syndrome and diabetes or who have been diagnosed as having a precursor to a serious health issue such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol or high blood sugar. I help them make food and lifestyle changes so they can get healthy, live longer and enjoy a fuller, happier, more energetic life. If you would like to have a free consultation about the health challenges you have and the improvements you would like to see in your health, click here to schedule a no strings attached call.
